Anna Monreal:
I want to be on the HOA board to help make our community a great place to live. I want to work together with the other board members and our home owners to establsh regulations that fit our community. We have been living by the regulations established by people outside of our community and I think if we all come together we can make great strides is solving some of the issues that we as home owners have with the current regultions.
I promise to do my very best to listen to everyone that wants to talk to me. Also I would like to see a more timely response to requrests that are made by our home owners asking to make changes that may require HOA permsion. I do beleive we can have less of those requirements.
Thank you for taking the time to reivew my nominaton. I look forward to hopeufully working with everyone in the future.

Daniel B. Hinton:
Greetings current Alexander Glen Homeowners Association and Residents, My name is Daniel B. Hinton and I’m excited to announce my candidacy for a position on the Home Owners Association Board of Directors. I’m looking forward to working harmoniously with other board members, volunteers and the entire Alexander Glen Community.
For those of you who of course don’t know me; I have lived here in Alexander Glenn for 2 years and thus far have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I have a loving wife (Belinda), who I have been married to for four years and living with us is one child of eight. I’m a successful entrepreneur with 2 businesses and I hold a bachelors in mechanical engineering and also a doctorates in theology. When I’m not traveling or maintaining our home I preside over eight churches as there Presiding Bishop.
I believe the Alexander Glen HOA board members must know how to plan and understand the budget, manage the association’s finances, deal with disputes, discuss and carry out ideas, and listen to the voices of the community.
I believe my background in Corporate facilities for over 20+ years and 15 years residential property management make me a good candidate for the job. Working with other HOA in the past gives me the experience to do well for Alexander Glen.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
Respectfully,
Daniel B. Hinton

I would like to be on the Board of Directors because I like being a part of a community and want to make sure communication between neighbors is heard. I also want to make sure our neighborhood stays safe for our kids!

Katherine Fiedler:
My objective as a participant of the board would be to improve community relations and obtain feedback from neighbors on what’s is really important to them while living in Alexander Glen. I believe that improving relations would not only relieve any tensions in the community but also boost community safety by members looking out for each other. I would like to hear from the community on current HOA guidelines that could be considered for revision, making living in the community less of a chore and more of a choice while keeping the aesthetics of the community.
Shaneesha Smith:
Greetings,
My name is Shaneesha Smith. I moved into this neighborhood in November 2020 with my twin sister Raneesha and my daughters Bianca, Brittany, and Brianna. We live in the house at 230 Marinna Joy Circle. I work for the Salisbury Police Department. I love my community and neighborhood. Everyone seems to be very nice and get along well. I would like for all of us to create a community that is more than just a friendly environment with wonderful neighbors, but a family neighborhood. Where we can begin to build relationships with each other by engaging into community events within our neighborhood such outdoor activities. I find I will be the perfect fit to be on the HOA Board of Directors, with my background of working with the Salisbury Police Department. I am trustworthy, reliable, and have integrity in all that I do. I want to be able to help keep our neighborhood safe.
Respectfully,
Shaneesha Smith
