Committees

Volunteers have always been pivotal in maintaining our community and keeping expenses low for the Association. Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Assist in maintaining the architectural integrity of our Association by reviewing ARC submissions.

Common Area

Monitor common areas and assist with any necessary maintenance or repairs. Decorate the entrances for holidays and plant seasonal flowers. Help develop plans for future landscape projects if needed.

Pool

Support the Board in 1) preparing for the start of the pool season, 2) assisting with upkeep and routine maintenance beyond the scope of the services provided by the contracted pool company throughout the year, and 3) assisting with developing plans for future pool projects as needed. 

Social

Plan community events for Association Members throughout the year.
