GENERAL RULES:
● All members of the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club shall have access to our Club Facilities if they are in good standing with Braesael Management and are current in payment of their assessments.
● Any account that is behind more than one month on their amenities fees, is subject to suspension until the account is brought up to good standing.
● Unless otherwise posted, the pool will be open May 4th through September 28th between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00 pm. The Tennis/Pickleball Court and Fitness Center will be open year- round between the hours of 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.
● Admission to the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club facilities may be denied to anyone who has a contagious disease or infection, is sick or is under the influence of a foreign or intoxicating substance.
● All members of the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club must use their key fob each time they enter the pool, tennis/Pickleball courts or fitness center, even if another member opens the gate/door. Overriding the gate function (i.e. propping gate/door open) is prohibited. You must scan your key fob.
● Duplicate key fobs may be obtained from Braesael Management Company @ 704-847- 3507, if they are lost or damaged, for a $25 fee.
● Use of the facilities is at your own risk. You are responsible for any harm or damage that you or your guests suffer as a result. Every accident which occurs at any of the facilities should be reported immediately to Braesael Management Company at 704-847-3507.
● In case of medical emergency, all members reserve the right to call for an ambulance or other emergency medical personnel if a member or guardian is involved and incapacitated or if an unsupervised child is involved. Use of the facilities is at your own risk. You are responsible for any harm or damage that you or your guests suffer as a result.
● Reports concerning the operation or condition of the pool, tennis/pickleball court or the fitness center should be brought to the attention of Braesael Management Company at 704-847-3507.
● Each member must observe posted and published rules for the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and fitness center
● The StonebridgeSwim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club reserves the right to remove any person from the pool, tennis/pickleball courts or fitness center who does not follow the rules and regulations outlined in this document.
● Members are responsible for their own conduct and that of their family members and guests while at the pool, tennis/pickleball courts or fitness center. Members will be held financially responsible and shall reimburse the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club for any damages to club facilities caused by their actions or that of their family or guests.
● The Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club is a non-smoking, non-vaping, tobacco free facility. Additionally, persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted on any club property.
● Each member must help maintain the pool, tennis/pickleball courts and fitness center in a clean, safe and orderly manner. - All refuse must be placed in the trash receptacles provided.
● Skateboards, roller blades, skates, scooters or bicycles or any other powered or non-powered vehicles are not allowed on the sidewalks, tennis/pickleball courts, pool area and parking lots. Bicycles, however, can be used to access the facilities and then parked in the parking lot provided.
● Motor vehicles are to be parked only in the designated areas in the parking lot provided. ● Animals/pets are not permitted in the pool area, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center or parking lot at any time.
- Alcoholic beverages are allowed as long as they are not abused and are not in glass containers. - Every reasonable precaution has been taken to ensure the safety of the members and their guests. Everyone who uses the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club facilities does so at his/her own risk.
● Any observed unsafe hazards or behavior should be reported immediately to the pool manager. - The Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club will not be responsible for either the loss of or damage to any personal property of the members or guests while it is located on the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis/Fitness Club property.
ADMITTANCE TO THE POOL AND GUEST POLICY:
● The pool is for the exclusive use of the Stonebridge Swim/Tennis-Pickleball/Fitness Club members, their family and guests. Members are responsible for all actions and conduct of their family and guests, and must accompany their guests when they use the pool. A Member is limited to four guests per household unless prior approval from Braesael Management Company has been obtained. To assist in controlling unauthorized access to the pool, Members should be prepared to present identification (key fob, driver’s license, etc.) upon request. Board approval is required for special circumstances (i.e., parties).
● Guests may be admitted to the pool if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) member in good standing. Persons under 18 years of age cannot admit guests.
● Non-member children that a member (18 years or older) baby-sits may be admitted. ● Children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), who will be responsible for the
child’s conduct and safety for the duration of their stay.
● Members 18-20 years old may only have one underage guest or family member under their supervision. - Membership covers parents and their children under the age of 23 who live with them. This does not include babysitters, grandparents or friends.
POOL CABANA RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are approved and maintained by Braesael Management Company. The procedures and rules are as follows:
1. Name of member, type of event, number of attendees and start/end times need to be submitted to Braesael Management Company for final approval and scheduling. (Community scheduled events will supersede resident events should there be a date/time conflict)
2. Complete and submit Reservation and Usage Agreement for Cabana. (The pool cannot be reserved at any time)
3. An event calendar will be posted monthly on the Stonebridge Amenities web site to provide members with accessibility times for reserving the pool cabana.
POOL SAFETY AND PERSONAL CONDUCT:
● Admission to the pool area may be denied to anyone who has a contagious infection, is sick or is under the influence of a foreign or intoxicating substance.
● All persons entering the pool must wear bathing/swimsuits. Street clothes cannot be worn in the water. - Persons who intend to use the pool must use the exterior shower before entering the pool and can be used afterwards to remove treatment chemicals.
● Persons who are not toilet trained or incontinent must wear “swim diapers” in both pools. Rubber pants or regular diapers are not acceptable.
● Use of the wading pool is restricted to children under the age of 8 years. The
parent/guardians of children using the wading pool must observe and supervise them at all times.
● Shallow end stairs must remain open at all times to allow safe access and egress from the pool. Stairs are not to be used as general seating.
● No swimming is permitted during the presence of thunder/lightning within 30 minutes. Swimmers should be observant of changing weather conditions and take immediate action as required for their safety.
● Diving into the pool is not permitted.
● Running, pushing, rough games/play, excessive horseplay or towel snapping inside the fenced- in area of the pool is prohibited.
● Glass containers of any type are not permitted anywhere in the pool fenced-in area. ● “Noodles” or similar devices, snorkels, fins, soft balls, inner tubes and rafts are permitted in the large pool area. Swimmers should use discretion as to whether occupancy of the pool is too great for the use of such devices.
● All persons must vacate the pool area whenever a safety check is announced by the manager or maintenance personnel.
● No amplified music from personal devices is allowed (music for general enjoyment is provided). Headphones are required when using any personal device.
ADDITIONAL POOL/CABANA CONDUCT WARNINGS:
● Umbrellas, raised and used by a member, must be lowered prior to leaving the pool area. ● Tables and chairs used for events in the cabana must be restored after the event.
● All trash/garbage must be removed from the pool/cabana and placed in the receptacles provided. ● Any person who violates any of the above rules may be refused admittance to the premises. Repeated offenses of posted and published rules and regulations may result in permanent suspension from the pool privileges.
● Any person who intentionally damages pool property or violates trespass laws with respect to the pool premises may have membership privileges temporarily suspended. ● Persons found inside the fenced area of the pool after hours will be turned over to the Monroe Police and banned from the pool.
ADMITTANCE TO THE TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURTS AND GUEST POLICY:
● The Tennis/Pickleball Courts are for the use of Stonebridge Amenities Members, their guests and those players allowed by management. Members are responsible for all actions and conduct of their guests, and must accompany their guests when they use the tennis courts. To assist in controlling unauthorized access to the tennis courts, Members should be prepared to present identification (key fob, driver’s license, etc.) upon request.
● A resident is limited to a maximum of three (3) guests to fill a singles or doubles match in tennis, or players for a pickleball match, per household unless prior approval from Braesael Management Company has been obtained. Members should use discretion if courts are in use unless reservations were approved.
● Guests may be admitted to the tennis/pickleball courts by an adult member in good standing. Guests are permitted to play no more than two (2) times a month and the guest must play with the member. Children under the age 18 may not admit guests.
● Children (17 years and younger) must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who will be responsible for the child’s conduct and safety during the duration of their stay.
TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURT RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are approved and maintained by Braesael Management Company. The procedure and rules are as follows:
1. Provide name, type of play (singles/doubles/pickleball) and start time.
2. One (1) hour for singles/one and one half(1 ½) hours for doubles and two (2) hours for pickleball are the normal durations unless courts are available for extended play.
3. If you wish to play more after your original court time is over, you may contact
Braesael Management Company and sign up for additional time. You may sign
up only after your original court time is up.
4. You may continue to play on your court if there is no one waiting.
5. You may not bump persons unless all courts are occupied.
6. Four (4) players per court is the maximum allowable and spectators must be outside the fencing. An event calendar will be posted monthly on the Stonebridge Amenities website, to provide members with accessibility times for reserving the tennis courts.
ADDITIONAL TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURT CONDUCT WARNINGS:
● Chewing gum is not permitted anywhere on the tennis courts.
● Only tennis shoes designed specifically for the purpose of playing tennis are allowed. ● Black soled shoes (unless made for tennis) or running shoes are not allowed
on the courts at any time. These soft-soled shoes not specifically designed for
tennis scar the courts and are prohibited.
● Shirts must be worn at all times.
● Nets may be adjusted, using the auxiliary strapping, to
regulation pickleball height. The nets must be restored to tennis
height once pickleball play is concluded.
● All trash/garbage must be removed from the tennis courts and placed in the
receptacles provided. If play requires lighting, all lights must be turned off
at the completion of play.
ADMITTANCE TO THE FITNESS CENTER AND GUEST POLICY:
● The Fitness Center is for the exclusive use of Stonebridge Amenities Members and their guests. The facility doubles as both a fitness center for members and multi-function space for community/Members events. Members are responsible for all actions and conduct of their guests, and must accompany their guests when they use the fitness center. To assist in controlling unauthorized access to the fitness center, Members should be prepared to present identification (pool key fob, driver’s license, etc.) upon request.
● Guests will not be permitted to utilize the fitness equipment in the fitness center, but will be allowed to attend community/resident parties or events held by either the community or the community Members.
FITNESS CENTER RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are approved and maintained by Braesael Management Company. The procedures and rules are as follows:
1. Normal use of the fitness center is a first come first serve. Courtesy should be
extended when there are multiple Members utilizing equipment during the same time. 2. Name of member, type of event, number of attendees and start/end times need to be submitted to Braesael Management Company for final approval and scheduling. (Community scheduled events will supersede resident events should there be a
date/time conflict)
3. Complete and submit Reservation and Usage Agreement for the Fitness Center Multi-purpose Room.
4. An event calendar will be posted monthly on the Stonebridge Amenities web
site to provide members with accessibility times for reserving the fitness
center.
ADDITIONAL FITNESS CENTER CONDUCT WARNINGS:
● Occupancy numbers established by Union County must be observed at all events. ● Tables and chairs used for events must be restored after the event.
● All trash/garbage must be removed from the building and placed in the
receptacles provided. Facility windows, doors and lighting must be secured
upon leaving.
● Failure to comply with written instructions will cause reservations denial for future events.
