The Landscape Committee’s goal is to continue to maintain our standards, while also proposing new and innovative improvements to continue to beautify our growing community. This is accomplished by the following activities:

Laura Beck

My name is Laura Beck. My husband Mike and I moved here from Illinois about a year ago. We have one son named Brian and two granddaughters, Sophie 14 and Abbey 5 who live in Illinois. We have two small dogs, Max and Abby.

David Russo

I work for a Enterprise Sales Company here in the Charlotte region specializing in multi-national markets. Originally from North Jersey, now living here in sunny (mostly snow free) Mint Hill, North Carolina. Currently living here with my Fiance Ashley Laden and our puppy Gizmo.

Colleen Temnick

I’m Colleen Temnick. My husband Mike and I moved to Mint Hill from Ohio three years ago. We have a 19 month old daughter, Emery, who is on the go all day long. I work for Southwest Airlines as a Flight Attendant, I’ve been there 13 years and I love my job!

Beverly Hendrix

Beverly Hendrix moved to Mint Hill, NC in 2017. She grew up in Northern California and moved to Georgia when she was n high school. After graduating college, she worked as a recruiter. She later received a master’s degree and taught international students at CSU and UNCC. She is currently self-employed as a health coach and financial planner.
