The common areas throughout the community are for the use of all residents. They are intended to provide open space and enhance the visual appeal of the neighborhood. Use of the common areas is governed by the Taylor Glenn Covenants and Restrictions and the Taylor Glenn Bylaws. These include no fishing in the ponds, no littering, and no operation of any gas or electric vehicles in the common areas.
