How do I pay my Association Dues?

A) You can pay your association dues by mailing in a check or money order made out to Vintage Creek HOA to PO BOX 2664 Matthews, NC 28106. Please ensure your account number is included in the memo of the check. You can also print a statement at home by going to Account Info and clicking the export to excel option. You can include this in your check/money order. 

B) You can pay online at vintagecreek.org under Account Information -> Account Info. You can by E-Check or Credit Card. E-check has a $1.99 charge for any amount you pay. Credit Card payments charge 3% of the amount you pay. You can set either of these up on automatic payments. The fees are a processing fee charged by the financial institution service provider and not collected by the management company.

C) You can pay by setting up ACH payments with Braesael Management Company. The Form for this can be found under Documents on the website. This form must be filled out in its entirety with a voided check and returned by email to VintageCreek@Braesael.com. You can also mail this into PO BOX 2664 Matthews, NC 28106. It must be received at least 14 days prior to the upcoming assessment in order to be in place for that next assessment.
