If you wish to rent the clubhouse, please refer to the documents page and check under Amenities Information -> Clubhouse and Pool Rental. Once you have read the relevant documents and filled out the rental form, please reach out to anchorslanding@braesael.com with the date of your requested rental and your filled rental form.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not pay for the usage fee prior to ensuring the date of your rental is available.
There is a usage fee of $90.00 that must be paid prior to the rental date, and a deposit of $150.00 that must be handed to the community private party coordinator on the day of the event.
