Pool Access
The lock on the pool gate and bathroom door entrance into the clubhouse is a FOB System. Every household and lot owner will be issued one FOB, free of charge. Lost FOB’s or additional FOB’s can be purchased. The cost is $50 per unit. If you wish to purchase FOBs, please contact anchorslanding@braesael.com.
The FOB is a more secure way to access the pool and bathrooms. When using the FOB, place the FOB in front of the reader. You will hear a click and then you can push or pull the handle to open gate or door. If you are pulling or pushing on the handle while activating FOB, the gate or door will NOT open and you will NOT hear the click.
Pool Procedures
People can bring friends and relatives to the pool (lot owner must be present). If 10 or more people are in the group, you must rent the pool for a 2-hour time frame for $60. Only one pool party will be scheduled per day by the pool committee. There will also be a deposit of $100 required in order to receive bands for the guests at the pool party. The deposit will be returned when bands are turned in after the event and the pool area is deemed clean. The pool will
remain open to HOA members during pool parties, but a designated furniture area can be reserved for the party’s use.
If someone rents the clubhouse and wishes to use the pool, they can also rent the pool for a 2- hour time frame per day for an additional $60. A deposit of $100 will also be required to have bands issued to the guests and returned when bands are turned in after the event and the pool area deemed clean.
