Anchors Landing Gate Access System Guidelines

Anchors Landing features a state-of-the-art access system called CellGate (https://cell-gate.com/). As a gated community, all access codes are assigned to specific lots. The Anchors Landing Homeowners Association (HOA) requires that these codes remain CONFIDENTIAL and be shared only with immediate family members.

Entry – Personal Access Codes

To enter the community, you will need a personal four-digit code for the keypad at either gate. To create or modify your personal access code, please contact anchorslanding@braesael.com.

When using your access code:

1. Enter your four-digit code on the keypad.
2. The gate will open, granting you entry.

Guest and Vendor Access – Gate Phone/Directory

Visitors can gain access using the gate phone directory system. Each lot has a unique “call group” name, typically the lot owner’s last name.

1. Upon arrival, visitors should:
   • Enter your “call group” name into the directory.
   • Select your name and press the call button.
2. This action will connect the visitor to your phone via the CellGate App, allowing you to confirm their identity and grant or deny entry.
   • If the app is unavailable or the call goes unanswered, the gate phone will automatically dial your phone number.
3. Calls last approximately one minute for identity verification.

RFID Tags – Hands-Free Entry

Anchors Landing also offers hands-free entry through Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags. These tags can be purchased for $15 each via the “Payment for Amenities” page under the Amenities tab on the website.

To obtain an RFID tag:

1. Complete payment on the website.
2. Follow the instructions provided on the payment page to email vehicle details (Make, Model, License Plate Number) to anchorslanding@braesael.com.
3. After processing, retrieve your RFID tag from the Clubhouse through the Braesael Representative.

Temporary Guest or Event Codes

Temporary access codes can be arranged for special occasions, such as parties or meetings at the Clubhouse.

To request a temporary code:

• Contact anchorslanding@braesael.com.
• Include the specific date and time frame the code should remain active.
