• Begin winter pruning (roses, perennial grasses)
February
• Finish winter pruning
• Maintenance visits as required to clean up debris
• 1st application of turf fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control
March
• Maintenance visits as required to clean up debris
• 1st application of turf weed treatments
April
• Mowing services begin (depending upon weather)
• 2nd application of turf fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control (high nitrogen to aid in turf greenup)
• COS irrigation startup
• 1st application of pine needles
May
• Mowing services
• Spring flowers install
June
• Mowing services
• 1st pruning of shrubs
• 3rd application of turf fertilizer (high nitrogen)
July
• Mowing services
August
• Mowing services
September
• Mowing services (may go to bi-weekly depending upon weather)
• Turf application of fall/winter pre-emergent along with post emergent weed treatment

• Mowing services as needed (based upon weather)
• 2nd pruning of shrubs

• 2nd application of pine needles
• Turf application of fall/winter pre-emergent along with post emergent weed treatment
• Maintenance visits for leaf/debris cleanup
• COS irrigation shutdown
