• 1st application of turf fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control

• Maintenance visits as required to clean up debris
• 1st application of turf weed treatments
April
• Mowing services begin (depending upon weather)
• 2nd application of turf fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control (high nitrogen to aid in turf greenup)
• COS irrigation startup
• 1st application of pine needles

• Mowing services
• Spring flowers install

• 1st pruning of shrubs
• 3rd application of turf fertilizer (high nitrogen)
