Rec Center hours are 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

Tuesdays the Rec Center opens later at 10:00 AM for floor cleaning.

 

The Rec Center is accessed with a key fob. One key fob is assigned to each property. Owners must be current on their assessment payment in order for the fob to be active. If you are a new owner in need of a fob or if you need a replacement, please send an e-mail to legacypark@braesael.com.

 

There is a fitness area located at the top of the Rec Center. To receive the access, you must fill out the fitness center waiver.

 

If you are interested in renting the Rec Center, please contact the management company at legacypark@braesael.com.  Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for rentals that involve business opportunities or church services.  All rentals must be approved by the Legacy Park Board of Directors.  Please note that homeowners/renters MUST have a key fob (can be obtained at the monthly HOA meeting on the 4th Tuesday of every other month by contacting Braesael Management in advance) before submitting a rental application.  Rec Center rentals do NOT include the Adult Exercise Area and may not be entered during the rental times.  Rental of the Rec Center entitles the Renter to exclusive use of the entire gym area. All persons that are not in attendance for the rental must exit the gym area and fitness area. Note:  The Pool is for the enjoyment of all Legacy Park homeowners/renters in good standing and is NOT available for rentals.
