The aim of our company is to provide professional management and accounting services to area Homeowner’s Associations. It is our goal to encourage and help maintain a friendly, positive atmosphere in your neighborhood while preserving the objectives of your covenants. We have two areas of services we specialize in. We will work with your Homeowner’s Association Board and provide a variety of Management Services to them. We will also be able to assist you with all of your Accounting Services that your neighborhood will require.

System Maintenance - 11/9/18 - 11/11/18
Payment services may be interrupted this weekend as noted below from our management software company Cinc Systems.
"In September, we announced that we are moving our systems to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This is a multi-phase project. The first phase of this project will begin the evening of Friday, 11/9 and last through Sunday 11/11. During this time CINC, CINC Web, CINC WebAxis, and OnlineWithAI will be offline. The 2nd phase of the project will occur mid-December. We will provide those dates as soon as they are available.
We understand that system downtime affects your business and your clients. The move to AWS will allow us to scale more rapidly, increasing system performance, all with the most modern technologies from the world's most innovative service provider. We believe that this move will provide improvements to your data storage, accessibility, backups, disaster recovery, and security.

Dues Payments - 8/31/18
In order to make dues payments you will first need to register by clicking on "register" at the top right. Once you register, your request will be reviewed by a manager and you will receive an e-mail with login info once approved. When you login, you will have the option to setup one-time or recurring e-check or credit card payments. You will also be able to view your account history and print statements.
If you will be utilizing the new community website function, you will get to your website by logging in here. Community website setup will require some additional time following the August 1 go-live date. Communities that will be utilizing the websites will have their websites active by September 15th.

If you prefer to mail in checks for dues payment, you are welcome to continue to do so. Please update your personal checks or your bank's e-checks to the following address:

Welcome to the landing page for HOA dues payment facilitated by our new management software Cinc Systems. You may go ahead and create an account in preparation of the go-live date of August 1, 2018. Payments will not be accepted here prior to August 1, 2018. One-time or recurring payments can be made through e-checks or credit cards. In addition, you will be able to view your account history by logging in here.
Your HOA may choose to utilize the website function of our new management software. You will also access the website through this landing page at a later date.
